Someone whom i am comfortable talking to, that would be first. Definitely not a girl that demands that i buy lots of stuff for her and pay for everything she buys, eats etc. And she must be a good friend of mine. Of course, there's a whole load more on the list but this are the most few important ones. As long as she's similar to me i'm very happy already.
