I saw this video while editing the talks for TEDx NUS and I thought it would be good to share it with you all. It's called Venia (Forgiveness).
I cried after watching the video. It really struck deep into my heart, because I could so totally to relate to how the son is feeling in the video. When we're filled with hatred for someone, the hate we feel takes a life of its own. Often, because of a simple hate, we make mistakes that we will regret later.
"When injury is done to us, we can't recover until we forgive. Forgiveness cannot change the pass, but it does enlarge the future." - the final journal entry of Mary Karen Read, one of Virginia's Tech shooting victim, prior to being killed

Oh! I went to that TEDxNUS event. It could have been better. Anyway, that video did struck a chord with me. I tried not to shed a tear but I did because we all know that forgiveness is the hardest thing to do, but it is also the best thing that anyone could do.
