Q: Maybe you should enable some kind of email notification for comments. I have no idea whether you've replied to my comments or not every time I post a comment on your blog

A: There's a "subscribe by email" link that you can click on the bottom right of the comment box if you want to be notified about follow up comments. You can refer to this picture if you still can't find it, it's highlighted in a red circle:-
